From Special Pairings to Full Holiday Feasts, The Algonquin Hotel's Round Table Restaurant and Blue Bar are the Ideal Spots for Festive Fare

NEW YORK, NY (17 OCTOBER, 2012) – The Algonquin Hotel, located on Manhattan’s Club Row at 44th between Fifth and Sixth Avenues and home to the famous Round Table Restaurant and Blue Bar, unveils its holiday season culinary line-up. Guests and local New Yorkers alike can spice up any after work happy hour with the new “Burgers & Burgundy” pairing promotion while those visiting this holiday season can book now for Thanksgiving and other holiday meals.

Burgers & Burgundy - The Perfect Pairing

The Algonquin Hotel’s Blue Bar, a nightly meeting place for New York’s cultural and artistic elite and enveloped with the artwork of longtime Algonquin regular Al Hirschfeld, will add a Burgers & Burgundy offer to its weekday menu starting at $35 per person. Guests every Tuesday and Thursday evening can pair a glass of fine French burgundy wine (up to eight varieties to choose from) with the Algonquin’s famous grilled hamburger OR mini burgers with a variety of toppings, served with piping hot French fries.

The Algonquin Hotel will continue its tradition since 1902 of serving traditional Thanksgiving and Christmas Day meals. Available to guests and locals, this three-course menu starting at $80 per person includes:
